Electric Castle 2022

Electric Castle is an annual event held on the grounds of Banffy Castle, near Cluj-Napoca. Since 2013, this festival has made summers more beautiful for Romanians and tourists from all over Europe. However, the years 2020 and 2021 were exceptions, as the pandemic context did not allow such events to take place.Electric Castle Cluj-Napoca was the first festival in Romania to bring big names in electronic music to the stage. It has also earned the South-Eastern European country numerous nominations and awards, elevating Romania in the holiday preferences of young foreign travellers.The 2022 edition of Electric Castle took place from 13 to 17 July, bringing together an incredible lineup of artists from around the world. The festival continues to be one of the most important cultural events in Romania, attracting tens of thousands of visitors each year.
